A dazzling neoclassical masterpiece on the shores of Otsego Lake, Hyde Hall is a National Historic Landmark in Cooperstown, New York featuring original furnishings, antiques, and artwork. Built by George Clarke in 1917, enjoy fascinating docent-guided tours daily detailing the unique art and history of the mansion. Plus, explore the grounds of Hyde Hall or relax on the lawn for a picnic overlooking legendary Otsego Lake, which inspired James Fenimore Cooper's famed "Leatherstocking Tales."

Hyde Hall Mansion

Hyde Hall is a National Historic Landmark in Otsego County that consists of a restored historic home, museum and grounds that overlook the famed Otsego Lake.
Hyde Hall offers several special exhibits and events throughout the year. Events planned for 2012 include the Titanic! exhibition, the Hyde Hall Ghoulish Gathering October 19th-20th, and the Hyde Hall Holiday Bazaar on December 2nd.


What are Hyde Hall Hours?

Hyde Hall is open to the public daily from 10am-4pm from Mother’s Day through October 31st. Guided tours are offered every hour on the tour, beginning at 10am, with the last tour at 3pm.

Admission prices range from $8-$10, depending on age. Children under age 6 enter free.
